Buffalo News sketches issue

Today's Buffalo News has published a story that fairly covers the main points of the issue.

However, the story says Molinaro will buy the land and provide access to the public. Not exactly. Molinaro will buy a portion of the uplands for the footprint of the building, underground parking and service access and the rest will remain public, including all the beach, the entrance to the beach and all the land north of Erie Road.

A portion of the footprint where the so-called "pavilion" will be built will be transferred back to the Town after construction.
